Artist, Band Websites Terms of Service

You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and are competent to enter into the terms, conditions, and representations set forth in this Terms of Service.

Time-frame: The time-frame for the Artist, Band Websites is 10 business days and commences upon receipt of the completed Artists and Band Information Form . Purchaser agrees to make available VIDEO, (uploaded to AKMusicVideo.com or YouTube), AUDIO (uploaded to AKMusicVideo.com/Audio and PHOTOS uploaded to AKMusicVideo.com/images or AKMusicTalk.com).

Domain Names: A unique artist/band domain name is set up for every new website hosting account. IWest Internet LLC/AK Music Video reserves the right to attach the domain to the customers’ Artist, Band Websites for a period of 60 days. After 60 days, customers have the right to purchase or transfer the domain for $9.95 or less.

If the customer chooses to use an existing domain name for the Artist, Band Websites, it is the responsibility of the customer to forward the domain name to the Artist, Band Websites and mask the domain name.

Website Changes: The monthly hosting fee includes two (2) text or photo changes to the website per month. (Additional changes are $10/per change request.)

Photo Gallery Updates: Photos uploaded to AKMusic Video Photos can be changed at anytime by the users at no additional cost.

Bandwidth and Storage: Customer agrees that bandwidth and disk usage will not exceed the 2GB limit per month for the $24.95/month website and hosting service. Additional bandwidth and storage may be purchased for an additional monthly fee of $15 per gigabyte.

Cancellation: This service may be canceled at any time. Each month of hosting is paid for in advance and begins with the purchase of this account. Recurring payments are billed automatically with the exception of annual hosting payments. Canceling your hosting account will stop all future billings, but prior billings are non-refundable.

Respect of Copyrights: IWest Internet LL and AK Music Video respects the copyrights and trademarks of respective owners. You agree that you are the legal owner of all images, video and audio uploaded and published on your websites.

SPAM and Unsolicited Email: IWest Internet LLC/AK Music Video has a simple, no tolerance policy regarding customers who send SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email over our network servers. Customers of IWest Internet LLC/AK Music Video may not use or allow others to use our network servers to send unsolicited email. We reserve the right to suspend and/or cancel customers who violate this policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties: You acknowledge that the Website Services are provided to you on an “as is” basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied accuracy of informational content.

Limitation of Liability: You agree to hold harmless and indemnify IWest Internet LLC and AKMusicVideo.com, its employees, agents, representatives and third-party content, distribution, advertising or other strategic partners for any consequential, indirect, special, incidental, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to this agreement or the IWestInternetLLC/AKMusicVideo.com services, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, and whether based on breach of any express or implied warranty, breach of contract, misrepresentation, negligence, strict liability in tort, or other cause of action (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, goodwill, profits, investments, use of money, or use of facilities; interruption in use or availability of data; stoppage of other work or impairment of other assets; or labor claims), even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Denial of Service: I West Internet, LLC/AK Music Video reserves the right to refuse any business at our discretion including artists/musicians or any organization that promotes illegal activities, hate or racial intolerance. Customers are forbidden to host pornographic content on our servers.
